The below policies are applicable to all services performed at Brows by Ciara.
Refund Policy
As with any cosmetic procedure, Brows by Ciara is not responsible for how your body responds to each service. It is common for clients to require an additional appointment to increase color retention, for instance.
Once a service is complete (for both initial and subsequent appointment types) refunds will not be issued.
Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment for each service. This deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
All services and deposits can be paid by credit or e-transfer. If using e-transfer, please send funds to ciara.halsted@hotmail.com. The balance of your service can be paid by credit, e-transfer, cash on or before the day of your appointment.
Appointment Expectations
We are a small studio and your health and safety is of the upmost importance to us. Limiting the number of clients in our space is critical in our ability to mitigate risk and offer you the most enjoyable experience possible.
Please help us by arriving to your appointment on time without guests or children. While we appreciate our prompt clients, we ask that you wait in your car until 5 minutes prior to your service start time.
